  3. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Toolkits

  1. The toolkits are designed as guidance for innovators testing their ideas in real-world settings. They do not guarantee business success, funding, or specific outcomes.
  2. You may only use the materials for your own projects and learning. It is not permitted to copy, resell, or redistribute content without prior written consent from Innofest.
  3. Test Like The Best is a community for innovators with a positive social and/or environmental impact. By joining, you commit to using the toolkits in line with these values.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access if we believe a project or user acts in conflict with these principles.

4. Payments and Cancellations

  1. The Starter Kit is free of charge.
  2. The Pro Kit is available for a one-time fee, as stated on the website. Additional services (such as expert calls) are charged separately.
  3. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. We do not store payment details ourselves.
  4. As the Pro Kit is a digital product, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except in cases of technical issues preventing access.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. All content (including videos, templates, guides, and branding) remains the intellectual property of Innofest.
  2. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own innovation projects.

6. Liability

  1. We make every effort to provide reliable and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee that all content will always be error-free or complete.
  2. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the toolkits, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
